Complaints Process

Complaints about the ACCS (i.e. about the organisation or its processes rather than about an individual) can be made to the Senior Conciliation Officer (SCO) in writing by posting a hardcopy. Complaints may be made by telephone but the SCO will require these complaints to be made in writing by hardcopy for ease of investigation.
