ACCS HAS MOVED - FROM 24 APRIL, THE ACCIDENT COMPENSATION CONCILIATION SERVICE HAS A NEW HOME
The ACCS and staff are moving to 215 Spring Street from 24 April, but our postal address, phone numbers and email addresses will stay the same.
Our new building is close to Parliament Station, tram and bus services and a range of car parking options.

How do I get to the new building?
Our new building is at the Eastern end of the Melbourne CBD. 215 Spring Street is near the corner of Lonsdale Street. It is close to Parliament Station and a range of transport and parking options.
What do I need to do?
Please note our change of location from 24 April. Our telephone, email, website and postal address remain the same.
I have a conference in Regional Victoria. Does this affect me?
Regional conference venues are not affected by this move.
Where do I go for my conciliation conference?
Up to and including Friday 21 April there is no change. If you have a conference scheduled on or before this date, please go to our current address.
From Monday 24th April to Thursday 27th April, we will not be open to the general public.
From Friday 28 April, all conferences will take place on Level 1, 215 Spring Street, Melbourne.
Your conference letter will have the correct address listed. If you are not sure when or where your conference is, contact us on 9940 1111.
If you have an interpreter, WorkCover Assist, Union Assist or other representative attending your conference, we will notify them where they are to go.
