The ACCS encourages all parties to a dispute to attend and participate in the conciliation process. You should contact your VWA Agent to discuss your attendance at the conciliation conference and what information you may need to provide.
You can be accompanied by an assistant however; they cannot attend on your behalf. Please view attached "Circular to Employers" for more information.
You should be prepared to discuss a return to work program where it is relevant to the dispute.
