Conciliation Service Update: COVID-19 Safe Service Delivery
ACCS continues to deliver its very important conciliation service, and in order to prioritise your health and safety all conciliation conferences are currently being undertaken via telephone or Zoom Video Conference. Our office also remains closed to the public at this time. We are currently working with all parties to investigate when it will be possible to reintroduce face-to-face conferencing in the coming months.
If you have any queries about your conciliation during this time, please call 1800 635 960 to speak to our team or email firstname.lastname@example.org

ACCS now accepting Provisional Payments disputes
From 1 July 2021 ACCS will accept requests for conciliation (RFCs) for disputes relating to provisional payments.
A fast-tracked conciliation process has been introduced for disputes relating to provisional payments for a claimed mental injury. This will provide faster access to payments for treatment to workers who have made a claim for a mental injury.
