Behaviour for Conciliation
ACCS has established a Code of Behaviour for Conciliation to ensure that there is clear parameters around what is and isn’t acceptable behaviour during Conciliation.
The Code is applicable to all parties involved in the Conciliation process, and is designed to provide a safe environment that promotes courtesy, equality, and mutual respect.
